What We Do

Workshops that fit your team’s needs At Copilot Courage, we focus on one thing: helping Microsoft Partners, VARs, and their Office 365 clients succeed with Copilot. Our training is designed to eliminate hype and confusion, replacing it with practical, human-centered education. Whether you are introducing Copilot to staff for the first time, guiding IT leaders through agent creation, or aligning executives on strategy and governance, our workshops ensure participants leave with skills they can use immediately.

Introduction to AI and Prompting

General AI & Copilot Prompting

This workshop is designed for general staff across roles including project managers, sales, customer success, marketing, and delivery. The session begins by clarifying what Copilot is and what it is not. Participants learn how to structure prompts effectively using intent, context, and constraints, followed by hands-on exercises across Microsoft 365 applications. Teams then build a prompt library tailored to their workflows and leave with a practical adoption checklist. The workshop can be delivered as a half-day virtual training, a three-session virtual series, or a full day onsite with expanded practice and role-based breakouts.

Grounded AI Agent Creation

Copilot Agent Creation

This workshop is intended for IT leads, solution architects, and operations owners who need to design and configure Copilot agents responsibly. It covers agent concepts, data boundaries, connectors, and governance. The training emphasizes human-centered design, ensuring that agents integrate into existing workflows rather than disrupt them. Participants engage in guided labs to map a target workflow, configure a prototype, and create a pilot plan complete with metrics, governance policies, and escalation procedures. This can be delivered as a two-session virtual deep dive, a virtual package with an additional lab day, or an intensive one- or two-day onsite sprint.

Understand the AI Landscape

Executive AI Leadership

This workshop is designed for executives, practice leads, and directors who need to understand AI adoption at a strategic level. Leaders begin with a clear overview of the state of AI within the Microsoft ecosystem, then work through principles of smart and intentional change. The training covers risk management, compliance, ROI framing, and change management strategies that respect both people and pace. By the end, leadership teams leave with a 90-day roadmap, budget guidelines, and an aligned communication plan. Delivery options include a two- to three-hour virtual executive session, a condensed 90-minute board briefing, or half- and full-day onsite strategy sessions.

How It Works and Outcomes

From first call to lasting results Our process begins with a discovery call where we learn about your team’s roles, workflows, and goals. From there, we design a workshop format that matches your needs. During the live workshop, participants engage in interactive, role-specific training sessions led by an instructor who blends theory with practical exercises. After the session, each team receives resource bundles including slides, checklists, and templates that extend learning beyond the workshop. We also provide access to virtual recordings when permitted, ensuring participants can revisit the training. The outcomes are clear and measurable. Organizations experience faster time-to-value from their Copilot licenses and higher adoption rates across teams. Staff gain confidence in applying prompting techniques consistently, and IT leads are able to establish governance guardrails and pilot plans. Executives leave aligned on vocabulary, budget, and risk posture. The result is not only a more confident team but also a structured foundation for sustainable AI adoption that grows over time.
